Butterfly filleted herring, naturally dyed and cold smoked over beechwood. Each case contains 25 individual packs each containing one butterfly fillet weighing 85-140g. Once defrosted the fillets are ready to be cooked. Under chilled conditions and unopened , each pack has a shelf life of 10 days after defrost.

Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 4 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.Food Safety Tips
