LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) works closely with member farms to develop and implement integrated farming techniques that can help farmers produce affordable food in harmony with the environment, at the same time safeguarding the fabric of the countryside for future generations.

Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)

MSC is the leading organisation for international seafood certification & ecolabelling. Its principal objective is to solve the problem of stock depletion in food species. MSC accredited fish is guaranteed to come from a well managed fishery and sustainable fish stocks.

Red Tractor

Red Tractor is an independent mark of quality that ensures produce comes from UK farms that meet defined standards of food safety and hygiene, animal welfare and environmental protection.  It also guarantees that food can be traced back to its source.

RSPCA Freedom Food

The RSPCA’s farm assurance and food labelling scheme is dedicated to improving welfare standards for farm animals reared for food in the UK.

Welsh Lamb

Welsh Lamb carries the European Protected Geographical Indication mark to demonstrate that animals have been born and reared in Wales and slaughtered in an approved abattoir.The stock will be fully traceable and a rigorous inspection protocol is carried out at every stage of the supply chain.
