All Brakes own brand suppliers are either certified to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Food Safety Standard (or equivalent) or are formally approved by our own Technical Managers. We expect suppliers, both in their own companies and those of their suppliers to work towards labour standards based upon those set by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI).
