Product range / Smartcrumb

This was developed especially for the school caterer, enabling them to meet school food regulations and serve healthier and appealing menu options. Launched initially with only fish products, the range has expanded to encompass vegetarian, meat and poultry products to satisfy even the most discerning children.

The unique non pre-fried crumb has been developed to provide all the taste of deep frying with less fat. Products don’t require deep frying, offering maximum flexibility with menu planning. They contain less fat than deep fried options and are made using natural colours.
