Method

Cut a thin slice of cucumber and place on the flat side of the naan. Combine mayonnaise, crème fraîche, lemon zest and cracked black pepper and spoon onto the cucumber. Add a piece of flaked salmon. Garnish with a small piece of lemon.

Method


Cut a thin slice of chorizo and place on the naan. Top with a small quenelle of houmous. Garnish with slices of green and black olive.
