Storage:
Keep refrigerated at 0°c to + 4°C
Use within 48 hours of opening or until the 'Use By' date whichever is sooner.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
Remove from packaging.
Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190o C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 30 minutes per lb plus 30 mins.
For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly.

Other:
Cooking Guidlines: Place in a baking tray and cover with tin foil, place in the middle of a pre heated oven 190°C Gas Mark 5 for 50 mins per kilo. Remove foil for last 15 minutes if required. This is a raw product. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
