Storage:
Use within 48 hours of opening or until the 'Use By' date whichever is sooner.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
