Storage:
Keep refrigerated at 0°c to + 4°C
Use within 48 hours of opening or until the 'Use By' date whichever is sooner.
Food Safety:
If cooking rare Food Standards Agency advice is to ensure the meat is properly sealed.
Other:
This is a raw product cook thoroughly until piping hot and until the juices run clear. Store at between -1.5oC and +3oC.
