Oven Cook
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 4 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Food Safety:
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
Place frozen product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 10 minutes
