Keep Frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
COOKNG GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place required quantity of frozen bubble and squeak pellets in frying pan on a low heat for approx 3-4 minutes until pellets have softened, then turn up heat to high setting, stirring occasionlally to stop from buring. Product can then either be served in free-from or shaped into patties. Alternatively defrost in a microwave prior to reheating in a pan as above.
