Boil In The Bag, Microwave
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
If required, allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Microwave:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Pierce pouch and place onto a microwaveable dish.
Cook on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven from frozen for approximately 6 minutes
or from defrost for approximately 4 minutes
allow to stand for 1 minute.
Other:
Boil in the Bag
Place pouch into a pan of simmering water from frozen for approximately 15 minutes,
or from defrost for approximately 12 minutes.
Shake pouch gently before serving
