Storage
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
If required, allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Microwave:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Pierce pouch.
Cook on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven from frozen for approximately 4 minutes & 30 seconds
or from defrost for approximately 2 minutes & 30 seconds.
Shake gently before serving
Other:
Boil in the Bag:
Place pouch into a pan of simmering water from frozen for approximately 12 minutes
or from defrost for approximately 8 minutes.
Shake gently before serving.
