Storage
In a commercial cold store this product will retain its quality until the best before date shown. In a deep freeze cabinet operating at a temperature of -18ºC or colder this product will retain its quality for 3 months after purchase or up to the best before date whichever is sooner. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
If required, allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Oven:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove film lid.
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 190°C/ Gas mark 5 from frozen for approximately 30-35 minutes
and from defrost for approximately 20-25 minutes
Leave to stand for 2 minutes
Microwave:
Pierce film lid.
Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven from frozen for approximately 5.5 minutes
and from defrost for approximately 2.5 minutes
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
