Oven Cook, Microwave
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
If required, allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN:
Remove film lid.
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 190°C/ Gas mark 5 from frozen for approximately 30-35 minutes
or from defrost for approximately 20-25 minutes
Allow to stand for 2 minutes
Microwave:
Pierce film lid.
Cook on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven from frozen for approximately 5.5 minutes
or from defrost for approximately 3.5 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
