HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary.This product must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Microwave:
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Pierce pouch.
Allow the product to defrost in a refridgerator for approximately 12 hours or defrost in a microwave on the defrost setting for approximately 6 minutes
Microwave on a medium setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 5 minutes.
Other:
Place the pouch in a pan of gently simmering water for approximately 20 minues.
