Deep Fry, Oven Cook
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove from packaging.
Alternatively, place product on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 14-15 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Deep Fry:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove from packaging.
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 4-5 minutes
