Deep Fry, Oven Cook
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:

Place product on a baking tray in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 15-16 minutes
Deep Fry:
Remove from packaging.
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 5 to 6 minutes
