Recommended cooking method: Oven Cook, Microwave, Thaw and Serve

Handling Instructions:
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Cooking Instructions:
Oven:
Handling GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25-30 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

Microwave:
Remove from packaging. Place 4 pieces on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a low setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 2 minutes Allow to stand for 1 minute then re-heat for a further 3 - 3½ minutes on high. For larger portions increase cooking time accordingly or cook in batches
