Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Place product on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 10-12 minutes
Microwave:
Alternatively
Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 1 minute
Other:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
