Oven Cook, Microwave, Thaw and Serve
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Cooking times may vary.
Oven:
Remove from packaging.
Place on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C, Gas mark 6 for approximately 10-12 minutes
Microwave:
Microwave 2 split sticks on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 1 minute, for larger portions increase the cooking times accordingly or cook in batches
Other:
Thawing guidelines: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
