Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Spread product evenly on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 4-5 minutes
Other:
To serve cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
