Deep Fry, Oven Cook
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
Alternatively place on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C, gas mark 6 for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Deep Fry:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove from packaging.
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 3 minutes
