Oven Cook, Grill, Pan Fry
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Remove all packaging.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
Alternatively, To Oven Bake: Remove from packaging, Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heated oven at 200ºC, Gas Mark 6. for approximately 12 minutes turning halfway through. For fan assisted ovens adjust timings accordingly to manufacturers handbook.
Microwave:
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan Fry:
Alternatively To Shallow Fry: Remove from packaging, Shallow fry overa medium heat for approximately 10 -12 minutes turn occasionally.
