Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove all packaging.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
To Oven Bake: Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 14-16 minutes turning occasionally through cooking.
Microwave:
Not suitable for microwave cooking
Pan Fry:
To Shallow Fry: Remove from packaging. Shallow fry over a medium heat for approximately 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally through cooking.
Other:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: To Grill: Remove from packaging, place under a Pre-heat grill at a medium heat. Grill for approximately 10-12 minutes turning occasionally. Alternatively To Shallow Fry: Remove from packaging, Shallow fry over a medium heat for approximately 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally. Alternatively, To Oven Bake: Remove from packaging, Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre heated oven at 200ºC, Gas Mark 6 for approximately 14-16 minutes turning half way through. For fan assisted ovens adjust timings accordingly to manufacturers handbook. This is a raw product. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. Note: Not suitable for Microwave cooking
