Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius, 400F, Gas mark 6. Cook in the middle of the oven for approximately 20 minutes turning halfway through. For fan assisted ovens adjust timing according to manufacturers handbook.
Microwave:
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan Fry:
Shallow fry over a moderate heat for approximately 18 minutes. Turn occasionally
