Handling & Cooking
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Remove all packaging.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
To oven cook: Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Cook in the middle of the oven for approximately 22 minutes turning half way through. For fan assisted ovens adjust timing accordingly to manufacturers handbook.
Microwave:
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Pan Fry:
To Shallow Fry: Shallow fry over a moderate heat for approximately 20-22 minutes. Turn occasionally.
