Boil
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately...12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety:
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Previously frozen product do not re-freeze.
Microwave:
Microwave on High in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 3 minutes
Pierce film lid.
Steam:
Carefully place in to a pre-heated steamer and steam for 30-40minutes.
Other:
Handling Guidelines: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted the product should be held in a refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours. Cooking Guidelines: Remove pouch from box and place in boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 15-20 minutes. Remove belly and place under a medium grill for 3-4 minutes to brown top if required. Alternatively: Pierce film and microwave on high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 3 minutes. Cooking Guidelines from frozen: Remove pouch from box and place in boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer with a lid for approximately 30-40 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
