Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
Alternatively To oven cook: Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius, 400 F, Gas mark 6 Cook in the middle of the oven for approximately 22 minutes turning half way through. For fan assisted ovens adjust timing accordingly to manufactures handbook.
Microwave:
Not suitable for Microwave cooking
Pan Fry:
Alternatively To Shallow fry: Shallow fry over a moderate heat for approximately 20 mniutes. Turn occasionally.
Other:
This product is raw. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
