Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Deep Fry:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 6 to 7 minutes.

this product may be ovened, shallow fried or grilled.

Pork (46%), Water, Pork Rind, Wheat Flour, Salt, Soya Protein, Herbs (Sage, Parsley), Dextrose, Spices (Black Pepper, Nutmeg), Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Raising Agent (Ammonium Carbonates), Herb Extracts (Sage, Marjoram).
Filled into Beef Casings (Beef Collagen, Cellulose, Water, Vegetable Oil).
