Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
If required, allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Do not remove lid.
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 190°C/ Gas mark 5 from frozen for approximately 60 minutes
or from defrost for approximately 30 minutes.
Stir well prior to serving
Alternatively defrost the full tray in a refrigerator and cook individual portions as required
