Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook From Frozen - do not overfill the fryer basket - deep fry in hot oil at 175ºC for 2 minutes and 15 seconds - frying for longer will increase the fat content of the final product - shake the fryer basket once or twice during frying - after cooking, remove the fryer basket from the oil and shake thoroughly to remove excess oil - remove further oil by placing the fries onto absorbent paper
