Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
CHILLED: For a full case from time of frozen delivery, store in a refrigerator at 0ºC to +4ºC for up to 5 days.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout
Deep Fry:
COOKING GUIDELINES:
FROM FROZEN: Deep fry in hot oil at 175°C for approximately 3 minutes or until crisp and golden.
FROM CHILLED: Deep fry in hot oil at 175°C for approximately 2 minutes or until crisp and golden.
