COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: A typical individual portion is approximately 15 pieces (150g approx). Place one portion of frozen mashed potato on high power setting in a 1.3 kW microwave oven for approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Stir thoroughly and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout
