Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Oven:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Oven:
Remove all packaging, allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
Place THAWED product in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Microwave:
Microwave:
Remove all packaging, allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
Place THAWED product in a 1.3W microwave oven and cook on full power for 4 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Remove form microwave and continue to cook in a pre-heated oven at 225°C for 2 minutes.
Other:
Combination oven cooking:
Remove from packaging , allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
Place THAWED product in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C on full power for 4 minutes until piping hot throughout.
