HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
DEFROST GUIDELINES
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Oven:
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25 minutes.
Microwave:
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for 4 minutes.
Place product on a baking tray and continue cooking in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 225°C for 2 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Other:
COMBINATION OVEN GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Place thawed product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C on full power for 4 minutes
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
