Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
OVEN REHEATING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Place thawed product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Microwave:
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for 4 minutes.
Place product on a baking tray and continue cooking in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 225°C for 2 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Other:
COMBINATION OVEN GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Remove from packaging.
Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C on full power for 4 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
