Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Oven:
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
For best results reheat in a Combination oven. Remove all packaging. allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Place
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST
Place THAWED product in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 200°C on full power for 2 minutes 15 seconds. Cook thourghly until piping hot throughout. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Alternatively re-heat in a conventional oven at 180C for approx 25 minutes.
