Handling Instructions:
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.


Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove from outer packaging & flow-wrap. Do not remove from cpet.
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours.


Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

Cooking Instructions:

Microwave:
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for 4 minutes allow to stand for 1 minute.

Other:
COMBINATION OVEN GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Place thawed product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated combination oven at 225°C on full power for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
