Oven Cook, Thaw and Serve, Serve Hot or Cold
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator in a non metallic container and consume within 48 hours.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated 0-4C. Consume within 48 hours, do not refreeze
DEFROST GUIDELINES: All 4 products may be served cold and the pork pies and savoury eggs are ideally suitable just to thaw and serve. Remove all packaging. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours .
Food Safety:
This product can be served cold. If reheating heat through and serve immediately.
Oven:
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES
For best results serve sausage rolls and cocktail sausages warm. If reheating, heat through and serve immediately.
Sausage rolls from defrost: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10 minutes, alternatively from frozen, cook at 190°C/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 30 minutes.
Cocktail sausages from defrost: Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated fan assisted oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10 minutes, alternatively from frozen cook at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for approximately 18 minutes.
