Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C (Standard)/180°C (Fan Assisted)/ Gas mark 5 for approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Do not reheat. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum core temperature of 82°C.

Pastry (64%): Wheat Flour, Palm & Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt, Dried Potato, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Citric Acid), Flour Treatment Agents (Ascorbic Acid, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride).
Filling (35%): Water, Chicken (10%), Mushroom (2.5%), Onion, Modified Potato Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Milk Proteins, Vegetable Fat, Buttermilk Powder, Vegetarian Whey Powder, Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Dried Glucose Syrup, Chicken Powder (contains Rosemary Extract), Sage, Pepper, Sugar, Palm Oil, Natural Flavourings (contains Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid), Maltodextrin, Dried Mushroom, Stabiliser (Triphosphates), Dried Onion, Caramelised Sugar Powder, Rosemary Extract, Clove.
Glaze: Water, Dextrose, Colours (Carotenes, Paprika Extract).
