Oven Cook, Thaw and Serve
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Freeze and Thawing Guidelines:
Remove individual portions and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6-8 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Food Safety:
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN FALAFEL
Remove from packaging.
Falafel: Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated
fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 12-13 minutes. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum
temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Yogurt and Mint Dip: Ideally allow to thaw in a refrigerator overnight and store in the sealed sachet for up to 48 hours. Alternatively, allow sachet to thaw in luke warm water for
approximately 10 minutes and use immediately. Shake well before serving.
