Deep Fry, Oven Cook
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Oven:
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Remove required number of samosas from packaging.
Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 20 minutes (turn half way through cooking).
Deep Fry:
DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Alternatively deep fry in hot oil at 160°C for approximately 3 minutes, allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
