Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
Food Safety:
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
Oven:
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN
Place product on a grease proof lined baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 210°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 15 minutes.
Deep Fry:
Alternatively deep fry in oil at 170°C for approximately 4-5 minutes, drain well before serving.
Other:
Cooking guidelines Oven cook: Preheat oven to 210oc, gas mark 6, place the components onto a greece proof lined baking sheet and cook on the middle shelf for approximately 15 minutes, alternatively deep fry in oil at 170oc for approximately 4-5 minutes, drain well before serving. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
