Oven Cook, Microwave
Storage:
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Food Safety:
Cooking times may vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
Oven:
Remove from packaging.
Place on a baking tray and cover with tinfoil in a preheated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 30 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 10 minutes to brown.
Microwave:
Alternatively, place on a plate and cover with clingfilm. Microwave on a high power setting in a 1.3kW microwave oven for approximately 1 minute 45 seconds, Place on a baking tray under a pre heated grill for one minute to brown as required
