Method:
1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a dough hook on slow speed for 2 minutes
2.Then mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed
3. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes covered in a clean damp tea towel or shrink wrap
4.Scale as required into greased loaf tins/baking tray (The dough will double in size allow space between each roll )cover with a clean damp tea towel or shrink wrap
5. Put in a warm place (not too hot) for 30-45minutes to double in size
Bake Loaves @220oC /450oF/gas mark 7for 25-30 minutes Rolls 15-20 minuts
