Make up instructions Dry Mix 1lb , 1kg , Whole bag (3.5kg)(whole bag (7lb 12oz ) lukewarm )water approx 12floz,725ml, 2.5litres( Whole bag 4pints 8floz) Yield 1,3,13 loaves -14,30,107 rolls loaves 454g/1lb ,(33.5g (1.14oz) Dough Portions rolls) Method: 1. Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of water using a dough hook on slow speed for 2 minutes 2.Then mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed 3. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes covered in a clean damp tea towel or shrink wrap 4.Scale as required into greased loaf tins/baking tray (The dough will double in size allow space between each roll )cover with a clean damp tea towel or shrink wrap 5. Put in a warm place (not too hot) for 30-45minutes to double in size Bake Loaves @220oC /450oF/gas mark 7for 25-30 minutes Rolls 15-20 minuts
