1,Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount
of cold water using a beater on slow speed until a dough is formed
.2, Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then roll out on a floured surface
to 3mm thickness and use as required ,
3, Bake Shortcrust pastry
at 200°C/400°F/gas Mark 6 as necessary
