Cooking Guidelines: Seal and brown off meat with a little oil and add the sauce. Cover and either cook on a low heat on the stove or transfer to a moderate oven. Ensure the meat is tender, fully cooked and piping hot before serving. Try adding a dash of cream for extra richness.
