Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

To make 1 litre. Blend 125g of sauce mix into 200ml of cold water until smooth. Whisk into 800ml of hot water and bring to the boil whisking continously. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
