Terms & conditions for collection of Nectar points across the Brakes Group
1. Collection of Nectar points with Brakes is available to independent foodservice operators in Great Britain, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Points are earned on products purchased from participating companies/divisions of the Brakes Group namely Brake Bros Ltd, M&J Seafood, Brakes Frozen & Chilled, Brakes Grocery and Brakes Catering Equipment.
2. The Brakes Group does not pay tax or national insurance for Nectar points issued or redeemed. Recipients and their employers are responsible for any liability.
3. These Terms & Conditions govern the collection of Nectar points with the named companies from the Brakes Group.
