HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove the required amount from the outer case. Do not remove packaging until the product is defrosted. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Once defrosted store in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life once defrosted open - 1 day, packed in original wrapping - 2 days
